After discussing the concept for my site with my IT teacher, John, he explained the best way to achieve the website I want would be to build the foundations of the site on Adobe Muse and then run the inDesign pages on a slideshow, embedded in the website.
Prior to university, I hadn't the faintest idea how to use a Mac computer, let alone any of the Adobe applications. Though my knowledge of the programmes is limited to what I have been taught over the past three years, I am confident it is enough to create this site myself, as opposed to getting a graphic designer to create the site for me.

This is a screen shot of the structure of the site so far. Thankfully, Adobe Muse is a really easy to use programme so creating a simple site like mine is straight forward.
My site, so far, is very basic and though I intend to make it look more professional and aesthetically pleasing, I'm not sure what steps I need to take to achieve this. I intend to ask for advice from my teachers on how to better the look of my site.
